On September 9th under the energy and effort of Professora Framboesa we held the 1st Capoeira Tournament in Texas. It was the 1st Republic of the Rio Grand Capoeira Tournament. we had invited other groups but Texas was hit with a disasterous Hurricanes. But the tournei went on. we had another local group Aruande show help and this fellowship will continue to grow.
